    Maximum Global Enterprise  is committed to maintaining a transparent and fair business relationship with all its partners, clients, and subsidiaries. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds and dispute resolutions are addressed.

    1. Refund Policy

    Due to the nature of services provided by a holding company, refunds are generally not issued for services rendered, including but not limited to:

    • Strategic consulting or management services
       
    • Capital investments or financial allocations
       
    • Licensing or brand usage fees
       
    • Inter-company administrative support
       

    However, in cases where payment was made in error, duplicated, or services were not delivered as contractually agreed, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:

    • Submit a formal written request within 15 business days of the original transaction.
       
    • Provide supporting documentation including payment records, service agreements, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
       

    Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of acknowledgment.

    2. Dispute Resolution

    Maximum Global Enterprise strives to resolve disputes fairly, promptly, and amicably. If a dispute arises between the Company and a third party, the following steps should be followed:

    Step 1: Internal Resolution

    • Parties must first attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication.
       
    • Submit a written notice of dispute to info@maximumglobalenterprise.com, clearly outlining the issue, dates, and all relevant details.
       
    • A company representative will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and propose a resolution within 15 business days.
       

    Step 2: Mediation (if unresolved)

    • If no resolution is achieved, the parties may agree to engage in non-binding mediation facilitated by a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
       
    • Mediation expenses shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
       

    Step 3: Legal Action (as a last resort)

    • If mediation fails, the dispute may be escalated to binding arbitration or legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction, as outlined in the original service or partnership agreement.
       

    3. No Waiver

    Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of this policy does not constitute a waiver of such rights.

    Cancellation Policy

    4. Non-Cancellable Agreements

    Some agreements, including certain investment contracts, financial commitments, or multi-party partnerships, may be non-cancellable. In such cases, the terms outlined in the original agreement shall govern.

    5. Confirmation of Cancellation

    A formal acknowledgment and summary of cancellation terms (including any financial obligations) will be provided within 10 business days of the request.

    6. Legal and Financial Obligations

    Cancellation does not absolve either party of prior financial or legal obligations already incurred under the agreement. All outstanding invoices must be settled according to the agreed-upon terms.
